1.ATTACKER –
With the right foot, step back into a long stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Left hand
Groin Block (Gedan Uke), Kiai,
immediately raise left hand to chest punch (Chudan Tsuki) Position, Right Hand
in Chamber.
DEFENDER – Stands
with feet parallel and hands at side.
2.ATTACKER– With Right
foot, step forward into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Right hand Chest Punch (Chudan
Tsuki), Left hand in Chamber.
DEFENDER –
With the Left foot, step
backwards into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Right hand Outside to Inside
Chest Block (Chudan Soto Uke), Left hand in Chamber.
3.ATTACKER– With
the Left foot, step forward into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Left Hand Chest
Punch (Chudan Tsuki) Right hand in Chamber.
DEFENDER –
with the Right foot Step backwards into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Left
Hand Outside to inside Chest Block (Chudan Soto Uke), Right Hand in Chamber.
4.ATTACKER– With
Right foot Front Kick (mae geri), Stepping down into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu
Dachi). Right hand Chest Punch (Chudan Tsuki), Left Hand in Chamber.
DEFENDER –
With the left foot, step
backwards into Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Left hand Groin Block (Gedan Uke),
Right Hand Outside to Inside Chest Block (Chudan Soto Uke), Left hand in
Chamber.
5.ATTACKER– With
Left foot Front Kick (mae geri), Stepping down into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu
Dachi). Left hand Chest Punch (Chudan Tsuki), Right Hand in Chamber.
DEFENDER –
With the Right foot, step
backwards into Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Right hand Groin Block (Gedan Uke),

6.ATTACKER– With Right
foot, step forward into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Right hand Head Punch (Jodan

7.ATTACKER– With
the Left foot, step forward into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Left Hand Head
Punch (Jodan Tsuki), Right hand in Chamber.
DEFENDER –
with the Right foot Step backwards into a Long Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi), Left
Head Block (Jodan Uke), Leaving Left hand in Head Block (Jodan Uke) Position,
Right Hand Reverse Punch, Kiai.
Roles now reverse – The Attacker Becomes
The Defender and The Defender becomes the Attacker . . . .
